Who will be in my house?
We realize that your privacy and security is important to you and like you, we would rather not have a bunch of strangers in our homes. Taylor Maid Cleaning Service is family owned and operated, so the same person will always visit your home.
What time will you be cleaning my house?
You have a right to expect us to be on time, therefore, we will arrive at the time promised or we will contact you to let you know we are running late.
Do I need to be home?
No, you can leave a key (hidden or at your neighbors house).
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payment is expected at the time of cleaning, therefore, you should leave a check on the counter for the cleaning amount, if you are unsure of the exact amount, simply contact our office for assistance.
How will I know when to expect my cleaning?
We will schedule your cleanings on a regular day (like every other Monday), we will also call you the day before to confirm the scheduled appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel prior to 48-hours before the scheduled visit will result in a minimum charge of $30.00.

Book your Move In/Out Cleaning appointment at least one week in advance, unless you are moving out at the end of a month, then you need to give at least two week's notice, as that is the busiest time for move in/outs.

Why is it an advantage to book regular cleaning appointments versus booking one-time cleaning appointments once every six months?
The advantage to booking regular cleaning appointments versus staggered one-time cleaning appointments is this... your home will be clean all the time with a regular cleaning service. The home is cleaned the first few times deeply to get the dirt off of all surfaces, then the cleaning appointments after that are for maintaining the cleanliness. For instance; your tub will not turn green again, ever.
Regular cleaning also helps the surfaces in your home - if they have to be bleached and scrubbed with brushes because the dirt and hard water has built up so badly, it will take a toll on your surfaces and how long they will last.
Can I get a receipt for my cleaning?
Yes! We carry receipt books with us on each visit.
How can I get a receipt for my cleaning?
No matter if you pay with cash or check, we will leave a reciept on the kitchen counter if you are not home, or hand it to you directly at the time of payment.
