Guarantee & Policies
RESIDENTIAL
100% Guarantee If you are not satisfied please call us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will come out and re-clean the area in question. Any calls or statements after the 24-hour period will be considered void.
Payments We require payment the day of the scheduled cleaning. You may leave payment on kitchen counter, if you will not be home at the time of cleaning. If no payment is left in the designated area we will have to reschedule your cleaning at our earliest convenience. A $35 fee will be charged for having to reschedule. All payments are to be paid by cash or check. Payments may also be made by credit card, debit card or electronic check - but only if discussed with us first. Cancellations
We need at least 2 days advance notice of cancellations. Lock Outs
If for any reason we cannot gain entry into your home on your scheduled cleaning date there will be a $35.00 lock out charge.
Returned Checks Any returned checks will have a charge of $35.00.

COMMERCIAL

Payments You will be invoiced by email, regular mail, or in person either on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule depending on the terms of the contract. We will suspend services after 45 days of no payment. Payments can be made through Paypal with credit cards, debit cards, and checks by means of our Payments Page.
Cancellations We need at least 2 days advance notice of cancellations.
Lock Out If for some reason beyond our control we cannot gain entry into your business on your scheduled cleaning date there will be a $35.00 lock out charge.
